"I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Cougill and his staff on the re-roofing of my home from cedar shake to architectural. This type of job is one a homeowner only wants to invest in occasionally. If this were a relationship that required more frequent association, I would be proud to be a repeat customer.

I did my homework checking on the quality of the different roofing products, ventilation, grade of felt and so on. I got price quotes as if I would do the job myself. with all this information in hand, I selected 6 businesses to provide a bid on doing the job with the products I had chosen. Only 3 showed up to to bid and only 2 bids were submitted. Of the 2 bidders, only C Cougill Roofing bothered to follow-up and offer to address questions and concerns.

Mr. Cougill made every effort to satisfy my numerous questions. If there were any doubt, he would research the question and get back to me. I wanted a roofing material brand that, at the time, Mr. Cougill had minimal experience using and he wanted to learn more about it too.

During the roofing experience, they made every effort to make it as convenient as possible. If there was a possible delay, it was discussed in advance.

Being female, you wonder how much you are being taken advantage of for being a female. The whole adventure did not leave me doubting, in any way, the product or service received.
